Returns & Refunds
Products can be returned for a refund if:
1. You received a wrong product
2. You received a damaged product
3. You received a product past it’s expiry date
Any return / refund request needs to be placed within 24 hours from the delivery of the shipment. You can raise a return / refund request by visiting the My Orders section. You would need to upload a picture of the product highlighting the issue to proceed with the return / refund.
In case of damaged / pilferaged / tempered / leaked shipment, please do not accept the shipment.
Refund will be credited into the original mode of payment. Refunds typically take 10-15 days to reflect in your account.
